He lives with two lovely humans called Chris and Gary, they are really clever and I sometimes see them make the scruffiest of dogs look amazing!
They haven't cut my hair, I'm not sure why but it's probably because my human likes it just the way it is and it doesnt grow very much.
I go to see Oliver when my human is out of the house for a long time or if she goes on holiday. Sometimes I just have a sleepover for one night.
Oliver and his humans taught me to swim and now if I see water I just cant stay away! I never miss my humans when I stay with Oliver because I have such a lovely time :)
They were thoroughly spoilt and had Chris and Gary wound round their paws - sleeping on their bed. Albert enjoyed a game of tug with Oliver while Molly looked on.
I shall certainly be recommending Chris and Gary to my friends. I wish them both good luck with their business venture. Many thanks to you both. Hope to see you in the future.
Christine and Gary did as I asked by bathing and tidying him up but we decided that really he needed the full clip. I'm so pleased they did it, Blau is much happier, not panting so much. He does look different but younger and it hasn't made him look any less attractive for having his long locks removed, in fact, I think he looks better for it.
Christine and Gary are the type of people who are more interested in providing customer satisfaction than making money. Their priority is the comfort of the dogs. Despite Blau having spent all day with them and them having to do him twice, they did not charge anymore for it!"

Rosie, my Portuguese Water Dog was on holiday to Cornwall for the first time.
She was a big, long coated, matted teddy bear. I had only had her for 5 months and was unaware of the type of grooming etc required.
Gary and Chris were exceptional in the way they handled her and perservered with a severity of matting.
They didn't give up and their lab Oliver was always around to lend a hand. This was the nicest, most personal, friendly groomers that I've experienced.

attention with her bubbly charm and doggy
treats!

This was because I could immediately see how much they both loved dogs and Layla seemed very much at home with them. The result of her grooming session was wonderful! Thank you for the lovely photos of Oscar yesterday. It was his first grooming session and we were a little concerned at how he would be, but when we collected him he looked amazing!
He was happy and relaxed and obviously completely unperturbed by the whole experience! He had such a fab time playing with Oliver and Scrappy that he slept all afternoon!
